For the R1 model, it was important to find materials and solutions that express the values of other cultures, perhaps different from one another, to offer a modular system – enriched by a wide selection of finishes, colors, and components – capable of providing design solutions and satisfying all expectations and needs in terms of customization. The kitchen is the center of the house, an open and social space that presents a different image depending on the time of the day.

In 1990, he began his professional career as an architect, working in the fields of industrial design such as furniture and lighting. As a professional, he worked in the field of restoration and conservation of historic monuments, especially on buildings from the early 1900s.

In 2002, he won the Red Dot Design Award with the Nicole kitchen, displayed at the Zollverein Design Museum in Essen, which was also included in the “Design Yearbook.”

Since 2012, he has been working on the new collection of Rastelli products as a Product Manager. It is an exciting professional experience that leads him to collaborate with artists who are protagonists on the international scene.
